Thomas Vincent Giaimo, Esq.
Mr. Giaimo’s law practice focuses in the area of Community Association Law representing non-profit community associations since 1986. Over the course of time Tom Giaimo has provided legal services to approximately (310) communities throughout New Jersey. Mr. Giaimo is a member of the Community Associations Institute, both its National and New Jersey Chapters. He has been the Institute’s featured speaker and has lectured on various community association topics. Mr. Giaimo is frequently contacted by members of the New Jersey judiciary and by the media, various trade publications and quoted in newspapers for his views on community association issues. He has served on both the Networking and the Editorial Committee of the Community Associations Institute- New Jersey Chapter.
