Robert J. Hueston, Esq.
Bob Hueston has served his community association clients in New Jersey as general counsel since 1974. He has guided hundreds of volunteer board members in their roles as fiduciaries, assisting them in the conduct of board and member meetings. He has extensive experience in issues relating to transition from sponsor to unit owner control of community associations including issues of construction defect litigation, financial deficiencies and difficulties; enforcement of restrictions and covenants; as well as experience in alternative dispute resolution between owners or between owners and the associations.
Bob has overseen the firm’s collection practice for its community association clients and has ensured efficient methods for collection that do not forget that the “delinquent owner” is still a member of the community to be treated appropriately and with due respect. He has instituted a flexible firm policy on billing, allowing our clients options including hourly billing, retainer billing and reduced rates for collection and special matters.
Bob is a Rutgers University graduate who obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
