Brian J. McIntyre, Esq.
Brian concentrates his practice in representing and defending community associations, their board members and property managers in connection with construction defect actions, contract matters, transition claims and in all of the questions and issues faced by them in carrying out their duties as elected members of a New Jersey nonprofit corporation. Brian counsels board members at meetings, prosecutes collection actions and defends a wide variety of civil defense issues on behalf of his clients. He actively performs contract review, assists in rules enforcement, document interpretation and ADA issues.
His practice involves actively seeking to save his clients from being sued but also aggressively prosecuting actions on their behalf and defending them when called upon in the state and federal courts of New Jersey. Brian is resident in the firm’s Sparta Offices.
Brian is a graduate of Bucknell University in and earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Brian McIntyre is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is an active writer in community association matters and is a member of the New Jersey Community Association Institute.
