Non Profit Corporation and Community Association General Counsel

We act as general counsel to condominium, homeowners and timeshare associations. We counsel our nonprofit boards on compliance with statutory and contractual law as well as the myriad number of issues confronting them from transition claims against developers to budgetary and reserve issues. We guide our board’s and their property managers on day-to-day operations and business transactions. We serve as collection counsel and are active in the State and National Chapters of Community Association Institute. We provide cost effective and experienced representation. We are members of the prestigious national College of Community Association Attorneys.
