Bryan M. Buffalino, Esq.

Bryan Buffalino concentrates his practice on litigation arising out of business and commercial disputes, general and premise liability defense, as well as representing clients in matters concerning employment disputes, securities litigation, uniform commercial code (U.C.C.) issues, shareholder, and member disputes (including minority oppression claims), consumer fraud claims, and business torts. He represents clients in all phases of federal and state litigation, from pleadings through trial, as well as in all forums of alternative dispute resolution.
Bryan’s civil defense litigation practice is focused on ski areas, waterparks, mountain bike parks and other adventure sport activity centers before the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Bryan also has extensive general commercial litigation experience including the representation of corporations, employers, and their executives in complex litigation arising from business, employment, and contract disputes.
